Delivery Times
Kidia is committed to processing orders quickly and securely. Estimated delivery times are:

Italy: 24 – 72 working hours

Europe: 48 – 96 working hours

Outside Europe: 5 – 14 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance
Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to force majeure, strikes, holidays, courier delays, or customs procedures.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.

For international shipments, any customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
All shipments are trackable. Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking link to follow the delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
According to Article 63 of the Italian Consumer Code:

The seller’s responsibility ends only when the customer, or a third party designated by them, physically takes possession of the goods.

If a package is lost before delivery, Kidia will refund or reship the product at no additional cost.

If the customer chooses a courier different from the one offered by Kidia, the risk passes to the customer at the moment the goods are handed over to the chosen courier.
Contested Deliveries

If the courier provides proof of delivery (signature, photo, GPS), the package is considered delivered correctly.

In case of disputes without contrary evidence, the customer must file a claim directly with the courier.
Unclaimed or Undelivered Packages

If the customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the package without exercising the right of withdrawal, shipping and return costs will be charged to the customer and deducted from any refunds.

For shipments outside the EU, if the customer fails to clear customs or pay duties and local taxes, all customs and return costs will be charged to the customer.
