With the Kidia Ice Clear Cube Maker, there’s no need to use distilled or boiled water. This device is designed to work perfectly with simple tap water, making the process not only easier but also more cost-effective. Fill the mold, place it in the freezer, and wait for the magic to happen. After 24-36 hours, you’ll have clear ice cubes ready to enhance the aesthetics and taste of your cocktails.
Tips for Getting the Best Results
- Timing is crucial to successful ice making, as every freezer and type of water is different. For the first time, try setting a timing of around 30 hours.
- Once extracted from the Ice Clear Maker, gently move it. If you notice bubbles, it means the ice hasn’t fully formed yet and needs to stay in the freezer for a few more hours.
- There’s no need to fully freeze the bottom, as this part is considered waste.
- Don’t leave the ice in the freezer for more than 48 hours, or it may swell and become difficult to remove.
- Avoid placing the ice against the freezer walls to ensure even temperature throughout the product.
- Once the clear ice is formed, store it in a bag and keep it ready for use.
- Avoid pouring liquids onto the ice immediately; wait 20-30 seconds to prevent breakage due to temperature difference.

Sono un barman e sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto del risultato. Ho già provato a fare del ghiaccio chiaro una decina di volte e il risultato è sempre eccellente. Utilizzo semplicemente acqua del rubinetto, riempio tutto il contenitore d’acqua e lo metto in freezer per circa 24 h. Il risultato è davvero incredibile. Peccato che il dispositivo possa fare solo 4 cubetti alla volta, ma sicuramente ne comprerò altri per migliorare il mio lavoro. Come chi lavora nel settore sa bene, fare il ghiaccio chiaro non è facile, e non avrei mai pensato di riuscirci con un investimento così basso. È davvero ottimo!

Me ha funcionado muy bien, en mi caso estuvo 24h en el congelador. Al sacarlo, me esperé unos minutos para poder desmoldar. Se había coneglado un poco la parte de abajo también pero lo pude romper, y los cubitos de arriba transparentes. Al llenarlo ir con cuidado que no quede aire dentro o quedarán burbujas.

Stampo per cubi di ghiaccio cristallini, pratico semplice e molto utile per noi professionisti, soprattutto per abbattere i costi del ghiaccio da fornitore.
Basta aggiungere acqua pulita, mettere in freezer e aspettare 24h.

Ho comprato altri prodotti Kidia e mi sono trovato sempre molto bene. Ho deciso di prendere questo stampo per ghiaccio trasparente, da usare per qualche cocktail da fare a casa o con gli amici. Ho dovuto fare alcuni tentativi prima di capire quanto tempo dovesse restare in freezer (24/36 ore), all’inizio lo lasciavo troppo a lungo e il ghiaccio perdeva parte della sua trasparenza. Alla fine ho ottenuto dei cubi regolari, perfettamente trasparenti, molto belli da vedere. Ho osservato con piacere che la densità del ghiaccio è notevole, il cubo non si scioglie rapidamente e non annacqua il cocktail (li ho trovati prefetti per rinfrescare un bourbon). Con un pizzico di attenzione, l’effetto è assicurato! Consigliatissimo

I cubetti escono molto belli e chiari. Il mio freezer ci mette un po’ di più per farli circa 40h ma il risultato è più che buono.
Li ho poi divisi in sacchetti di plastica e riposti di nuovo nel freezer, per riuscire così a fare un’altra produzione. Ho usato della semplice acqua del rubinetto e a breve ne comprerò un altro così da avere una buona fornitura per il bar.
L’azienda è italiana ed avendo già comprato da loro non posso che essere felice di questo acquisto.

Da figura professionale del settore consiglio vivamente questo prodotto. Vanno fatti un paio di tentativi per trovarsi con tempistiche e quantità di acqua ma poi é perfetto. Cubi precisi ma soprattutto trasparenti. Sicuramente un bel risparmio visto il costo del ghiaccio alimentare in cubi.
