Recipe

- Technique: Build directly in glass
- Glassware: Highball with full ice cubes
- Garnish: Fresh peach slice + edible card-style wafer
- Fill a highball with ice to the brim.
- Pour in 50 ml Amaro Camatti.
- Add 15 ml MONIN Pure Peach & Apricot.
- Top up with Fever-Tree Refreshingly Light to the edge.
- Gently stir with a bar spoon.
- Garnish with a peach slice and a playful wafer card. Cheers!
